Broken Item
We are very sorry that you received a broken item, but we are here to save the day!
1. Take pictures/videos of the broken item. (be sure to fit entire broken product in image, along with close ups if needed)
2. Email your images/videos to support@theweedbox.net along with a detailed description of the issue with the product.
3. If your product is determined broken by our team, you will receive a tracking number and/or responce from us within 7-10 business days.
- we ask that you only send one email per order. Multiple emails can cause delay in response from TWB
- We schedule customer service once a week, so please be patient because we will be super excited to help you on that day!
