Broken/Defective Items
Should any items arrive broken/defective, please reach out to customer service at support@theweedbox.net
We Require:
- Order Number (not your tracking number)
- Images of packaging your order came in (packaging provided by TWB)
- Close Up Image/Video of Broken area
- Regular Image/video of Entire Product
- Detailed Description of broken item that matches the image/video provided
