FAQ 

When do I get my tracking number number?

  • If you have placed an order, please take note that tracking numbers are not issued instantly. As soon as your box is scanned, your tracking information will be automatically sent.
  • All tracking numbers are issued within 1 business day.  

 

How does shipping work?

Holidays will affect shipping times, and uncontrollable weather or shipping conditions can occasionally cause some delays.

  • All orders are shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
  • After we ship, USPS/UPS will ship your order with the shipping method you selected at checkout. 
  • During Holidays and busy seasons, orders may be delayed. Should this happen, we apologize for any delay, but we can assure you that you will receive your order. Holidays will affect shipping times, and uncontrollable weather or shipping conditions can occasionally cause some delays.

I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I cant find my package?

  • If you were notified that your package/order was delivered by USPS or UPS but you can not find your order:
  1. Contact your nearest USPS location either in person or by phone and provide them with your tracking number. (Its a possibility that your package is stored for any specific reason.)
  2. Contact USPS directly at 1 800 275 8777 and provide them with your tracking number. Or call USPS directly at 1 800 742 5877 and provide them with your tracking number. 
  • Contacting the shipping carrier is the best option to locating your package when tracking states that your package has been delivered.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If you believe that your package was stolen, we suggest contacting your local authorities.
