When do I get my tracking number number?

  • Your tracking number is emailed within 1 business day.  

 

How does shipping work?

  • All orders are shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY
  • Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays are NOT business days 

 

I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I cant find my package?

  1. Contact your nearest USPS location either in person or by phone and provide them with your tracking number. (Its a possibility that your package is stored for any specific reason.)
  2. Contact USPS directly at 1 800 275 8777 and provide them with your tracking number. Or call UPS directly at 1 800 742 5877 and provide them with your tracking number. 

 

My glass arrived broken?

  • Send us an image of the broken glass, and an image of the box/packaging. Include your order number, and a description of the issue. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If you believe that your package was stolen, we suggest contacting your local authorities.
